Two days of fun last weekend in Toronto. I hadn't been there since 2003! First up, played at the Basement. Wasn't packed to the gills, but believe me, I've played to much worse in my life! Those who were there were true techno fans, though, among them some really pretty women as you can see above. The crowd was giving much love and I really appreciate it. Some reviews I read of the night made much of the fact that I play vinyl. Just think, I'm getting props for doing what I've been doing the past 20 years! You get so old you're new again. I love it.

The next day I played at Cherry Beach, a Sunday party held outdoors. This gig was even better than the night before. I guess after all the house and mnml DJs that come through there, people were ready for some punishment, and T-1000 was just the man to administer it. The crowd danced their ass off and was really wild. This chick even ran up and kissed me on the cheek. Wow! She also gave dap for playing wax. The sound system was surprisingly good for an outdoor event as well. Props all around. I had to split right after my set as the mosquitos were tearing me up. I'm still scratching!

Thanks to Twonz and Navid for having me out, and thanks to Monika and Erin for their hospitality as well. Also thanks to all the dancers and clubbers that made it happen! Hope to return to Toronto a little sooner next time.

Next stop: Berlin! Over and out.

Took a few random shots at the party I played last weekend in Atlanta. Mostly an EBM/fetish crowd with ravers thrown in. The name of the band that played before me was Voodoo Velkro. They're apparently big in the South. I'm gonna try to get my band down there (LadyParasyte). The crowd pretty much stayed with me when the techno came on. Never saw an experiment like that before. Very cool!
